To do list:
1. Define/delete pointers in the classes
2. Remove unused variables
3. Fix any other compiler warnings
Check if there are any memory leaks and errors with the help of Valgrind
4. Decide what to do with sensitive detectors placed at -88.05 and 88.05 cm (look into construction.cc, detector.cc and run.cc). Probably we can replace them with PMTs
5. Rewrite README file
