Startup procedure for starting the DIRC test setup DataAcquisition:

login: rsh -l pandadrc r3-29

> cd /aladin/usr/pandadrc/mbsrun/caen/v862

> mbs

mbs>@startup

mbs>sta ac (real start of the acquisition)

mbs>sto ac (to stop the acquisition)

some more Lynx commands:

psm // displays all running processes of the data acquisition

rate // displays the eventrate

resl // stops (resets) all processes

in mbs:

ty ev -v // displays the values of the QDC-channels

set flush 2 // flushes the buffer each two seconds

another useful tool:
