Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 4th of May 2026, 14:00 - 14:25

• 4 out of 6 dismantled, repaired and reassembled submodules test good (the 2 remaining ones still need to be tested)
• The 2 submodules with exchanged carbon alveoles test good in one case, in the other one 2 channels show less response than before
• HV board calibration in Bonn: The boards for the 8-crystal submodules are finished testing, now modification of screening to 16-crystal boards
• Bonn colleagues found a suitable storage room for the bulky chiller parts still located at RUB. A final permission to occupy that room is missing before really do the move (transport by external company)
• The new fornt lid for the INSIGHT experiment setup will be done by TM Lasertechnik, Bochum. A new frame needs to be manufactured as well as the one we have is not separable from the current front lid
• May 28th: INSIGHT Inauguration Meeting, FTD Bonn
• Tobias H. will give detailed APD creening data to Bonn (Christian) in order to check for swapped APDs in certain submodules
