Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 17th of March 2025, 14:00 - 14:25

• All remaining SADC crate parts will be given to Meike for transportation to Bonn
• SADC boards #19, #59, #60, and #151 are still in Bochum
• THMP issues: Mario will call Christoph/Celina about that
• The groups of Misha and Farah need lab space that is currently blocked by bulky chiller components for the Forward Endcap cooling -> Is it possible to ship those parts to Bonn? (Space limitations may exist there as well)
• For mounting aluminum frames we should consider Rose & Krieger profiles rather than Bosch ones
• There is a further meeting of Stefan and Claudius planned to clarify cooling line routing -> Fixing the maximum piping length would allow us to cut the 6 m tube bundle to pieces (those pipes block lab space as well)
