Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 8th of July 2024, 14:00 - 15:00

• On the 23rd drillings for the mounting of transverse stabilization bars will be done in the TOF hall, Colonia people will be there for inspection of the detector to be moved
• Tomorrow at 2 pm we will have a discussion on further work on the cooling concept for Bonn (Celina, Claudius, Christoph, Tom)
• The electronics racks already sitting in Bonn will be cleared and the equipment mounted to the new small Bonn racks
• On Thursday Meike will bring back submodules from Bonn to be repaired
• Possibly the endcap will go to Bonn in the second week of October
