Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 10th of June 2024, 14:00 - 15:00

• Lars asks for a short presentation in the TEC meeting to report on impact of the pre-PANDA usage of detector components. Tom will prepare this for the FWEC
• Truck transport of cooling equipment and electronics racks will be on July 2 (Claudius, Tobias, ...)
• Pressurized air and cooling water in FTD should be sufficient for FWEC needs
• 90+ SADC boards currently in Bonn
• More SADC from Uppsala will be brought to GSI/Panda Meeting (about 20 units per person travelling)
• Concerning SADC crate backplane damages Celina will compile numbers and give it to Pawel
• SADC crate cooling envelopes and pre-cut silicon foam thermal coupling pieces are fully available
• We will try to use the FWEC Zoom link to broadcast the EMC session of the upcoming Collaboration Meeting
