Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 27th of May 2024, 14:00 - 14:20

Christoph: Interior wood paneling finished. 2nd offer for transportation received. Attachment points on the frame -> check Colienne documents.
Claudius: Date for cooling transport to Bochum in June not yet planned. Racks will be transported to Bonn.
Bauhaus scaffolding belongs to Bochum, can go to Bonn.
Christoph: Cooling maintenance in Bochum, box for trolleys, piping?
Claudius: Available material at Bochum: stainless steel pipes 6m long, electrically controllable valves, flow meter, new vacuum pump. Flanges not available.
Transportation of Alveoli: Approx. 20 modules, some still to be repaired. Insurance must be obtained.
Tobias H.: Test stand for alveoli not yet back in operation. Some individual parts have been repaired and assembled (approx. 10).
