Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 4th of December 2023, 14:00 - 14:15

Miscellaneous:

• Decided to go back to biweekly meetings including beam data analyses
• Next week would be the regular time slot for our biweekly meeting, then Bonn colleagues are celebrating their Christmas party, however...
• No news from data analyses, Bonn colleagues are currently extending previous studies to more data
• Christoph Wendel will provide rough sketch of where to put what for the Bonn setup of the FWEC, especially the cooling system
• In the ELSA hall we will have to fulfill higher security standards than in Juelich, maybe even need TUEV certificates for the setup
• Claudius, Sebastian and Tom will visit ELSA on Wednesday, 13th. Lars and Stefan (GSI) will go there on Friday, 15th.
