Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Meeting, 16th of October 2023, 14:00 - 14:25

Forward Endcap Dismount Issues:

• Postponed finding a date for next travel to Juelich
• Earliest date to get stuff freed for transport is October 25
• Will join Fritsch group and put stuff in their 3.5 t truck

APD submodule finishing/repair activities:

• Single APD module left in Juelich needs to go back to BO for testing
• Need to reinstall full functional test stands in BO
• Need to organize repair of left APD modules
• Need to recommission cosmics test stand in Bonn in order to measure remaining APD submodules
• Insurance for submodule transport expired, maybe transport of more than just 5 pieces per drive once we finished repair (maybe all at once)
