Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Vibe/eZuce meeting, 11th of July 2022, 14:00-15:00

Presence:

• Bochum: Claudius, Fabian, Lukas, Orestis, Sebastian, Tobias H.
• Bonn: Christian
• Giessen: Aniko, Markus

Submodule Transport:

• Due to illness the two submodule transports on 07.07 and 14.07 were cancelled by the "RUB-Fahrbereitschaft"
• The next transports will now take place on 21.07, 04.08, 11.08, 18.08 and 01.09
• 15+ submodules are currently ready to be sent to Bonn
• Since both Christoph and Tobias S. are currently on vacation, a later delivery of submodules is not a big deal according to Christian

Submodule Production:

• Unfortunately, the APDs for submodule 4-X6Y1 were swapped. Bochum found the actual APDs in a production box for another submodule. According to Christian, Tobias S. has already noted that there are discrepancies in the G(200)-voltages for this submodule.

Irradiation of APDs:

• Oresits is still missing irradiated APDs from Giessen. Markus will ask.
