Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Big Blue Button Meeting, 10th of January 2022, 14:00-15:15

Submodule Production:

• 19 submodules currently ready to be shipped to Bonn
• Regular transportation dates to Bonn to be checked with Fahrdienst/RUB (meanwhile first shipping settled to Jan. 20th)
• At least next four deliveries in 5 submodules/week frequency

FWEC Cabling:

• We need to talk to Jost/Stefan in order to clarify the exact run of HV cables between racks and detector in order for the Bonn colleagues to build those cables ( I will arrange a Zoom meeting).
• For a final refinement in signal cable length estimation Christoph and Vinee will again come to Bochum. We therefore need to fix real SADC crates to the correct positions on the support frame (by clamps).

SADC crates:

• Power supplies for the SADC crate backplane still not available. There is no date for delivery of the PCBs given yet.
• First air coils probably to be handmade on 3D-printed frames
• For the cooling tests to be carried out by Sven we need to rely on appropriate heat foils
