Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Vibe/eZuce meeting, 4th of October 2021, 14:00-15:15

Time Schedule FWEC:

• Current cosmics precalibration throughput: 5 submodules in 2 weeks (as is the current maximum submodule production rate), might be increased as submodule production rate increases
• Gluing of inserts into carbon alveole of successfully tested submodules: 2 a day. Amost all VPTT submodules glued so far, those are the ones mounted to the backplane first.
• Production of distribution boards is expected to last 4-5 weeks (fitting with components done in Bonn)

HV Rack Connector Boxes:

• SHV plugs on blue cables coming from the detector would be useful as the extension cables from the racks to the e-hut in Darmstadt would then not be needed to be installed and stored in Jülich

SADC Crates:

• Outer cooling flanges for the crates still to be delivered
• Pawel will send backplane PCBs (6- and 15-SADC versions) for final Bonn cable length determination measurements
