Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Vibe/eZuce meeting, 31st of May 2021, 14:00-15:00

Submodule Logistics:

• Submodule transportion to Bonn: All June dates cancelled due to repair need of returned submodules
• Claudius will go to Juelich in July in order to unpack submodules and retrieve boxes and handles and return them to Bonn

Miscellaneous:

• The company once offering one-piece backlid aluminum plates now refuses to manufacture one
• After the PANDA meeting Christoph and Vinee will once more come to Bochum in order to check cable routes
• There is a student in Bonn working on HV patch panel boxes to be mounted in the PANDA detector racks: Up tp 2 m per cable might be able to be stored inside the boxes in order to account for cable length uncertainties
• Routing/connecting of HV cables: How to do it most convenient in case of FWEC removal need -> question to Daniel Glaab (Christoph)
