Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Vibe/eZuce meeting, 22nd of March 2021, 14:00-15:00

Submodule Production:

• Transport to Jülich will start Thursday this week. During the following two weeks of Easter holidays there will be no deliveries. After that we will generally extend the usual biweekly tours BO-BN to BO-BN-JÜL.
• About 20 transportation sets (boxes and handles) we can afford to temporarily store submodules in Jülich. So on May 20 and July 8 Claudius will go to FZJ in order to unpack the submodules piled up until then and regain boxes and handles for further transportation of submodules.

SADC crates:

• An appointment for visit of Vinee and Christoph for a final cable length/path check on the forward endcap backplane will be done on short term when there is a free time slot.
• Plastic SADC crate mock ups are (partially) still mounted, the real one may be mountend by clamps if necessary.
• The pre-series backplane PCB currently located in BO will got to Bonn with the next submodule shipping on Thursday. CHristoph will preform connection tests on the PCB.
• Design on the 15-SADC crate-backplane PCB not yet started (6-piece version also needs to be finalized), not yet clear how todeal with the crate controller that is currently designed for 6-piece crates only and therefore cannot easily adopted (multiplied) for the 15-piece crates. The 6- and 15-piece PCBs however may be finalized already this week
