Minutes of the Forward Endcap EMC Vibe/eZuce meeting, 25th of January 2021, 14:00-15:00

Submodule Production:

• 5 Submodules so far with problems, 3 will be returned to Bochum with the delivery of new Submodules to Bonn on Thursday
• Problem to measure the correct temperature with (so far) two sensors of first tested submodule (deviation up to 10 degrees C):
  • Several things to try: Bookkeeping problem? Check of database entries.
• T-measuement to be included in regular submodule testing in Bochum? (Real temperature retrieval instead of check of ADC conversion to be reasonable only)

EMC Firmware:

• Data concentrator and ADC related firmware work needs to be handed over from KVI (Peter Schakel, Myroslav) to new people
• Gießen may have a candiadate

APD Screening:

• Currently no ADCs in Bochum to run screening, awaiting package from Gießen with new delivery
• Need to do some bookkeeping work - still APDs at GSI?
