Minutes of the ezuce meeting - 09/01/2019.

Partecipants: Daniela, Tobias, Gianni, Hans.

We observe that no people from Prague are connected,
even if the communication of the evo was sent them,  as
decided during the meeting in Prague (December 2018).
We did not received any feedbacks to our visit there

Hans communicate that he received the firt batch of sensors
for the barel 4. The problem now is the lack of man power to 
charcterize them. In any case the clean room with its instrumentation
will be not ready before April in the best of cases, due to 
the many tasks that weigh on the Hans's head.
We decide to send an email to Prague people with a request for a student 
to be involved in this work.

Tobias will send the file with simulated events to Gianni soon.

Gianni inform about the incredible situation at INFN, that has not
renewed licences with Cadence on time. No INFN microelectronics designer 
can work on projects in January. 
It is not clear if this situation will continue also in February!
