Measurements of Submodule lengths and free space between backplate and front lid reveal 2 mm of 'clashing zone' at the very narrowest points between submodules and front cooling pipes
Ether the tube size has to be decreased (which would alter the coolant flow unless we double the pipe numbers and would mean we need a different pipe baking mould) or the submodules need to move closer to the backplate (as close as the original design says)
Christoph will talk to the Bonn workshop and ask for the possibility of milling 2 mm off all (or at least just the relevant) interface pieces
Transportation Issues:
First delivery to Jülich and next delivery to Bonn both combined to be on December 17th. There needs to be enough suitable packaging material in Bochum first (sent by Bonn colleagues)
Cushioning of transport boxes needs to be improved: Exclusive use of Bonn cushion system ('hard foam' pices cut to shape)
