Minutes of the forward endcap EMC eZuce SRN meeting, 29th of July 2019, 14:00-14:40

Submodules:

• The first two 16-crystal APD submodules have been delivered to Bonn end of last week
• Krsitina will install the modules in one of the Bonn cosmics test stands and prepare the cabling
• Final check and HV board cabling will be done under Christophs supervision when he is back from vacation (begin of next week)
• A csv file containing the gain 200-HV settings for the two APD submodules will be sent by Matthias
• Christian Hamann started to prepare laser based dimension checks on the VPTT submodules

APD screening/irradiation:

• There is more student man power to the APD screening business now increasing throughput soon
• As soon as there are more screening PCBs available we will switch to APD exchange by PCBs only
• The boxes still partially used instead will then be free for storage usage in Bochum
• More boxes are asked for by Matthias via Tassos to GSI/PSL
