The two preamps given to Basel show similar deviation as measured in Bochum, that is comparable gain ration (1.38 (BO) vs. 1.31 (Basel))
Absolute values differ considerably: 0.98 V/pC and 1.35 V/pC (BO) vs. 0.78 V/pC and 1.02 V/pC (Basel) - reason may be capacitor tolearnces or additional stray capacitance form injection circuit PCB layout
These two preamps will now go back into the mass screening setup in Basel where they once supposed to perfom identically
New tube-preamp-crystal assignment:
Merlin presented the work on the new assignment including the ondividual preamp gains.
New instructions for VPTT-unit manufacturing expected end of the week
A submodule containing APD units and 2 VPTT units will be prepared in Bochum and given to Bonn this week, the submodules now in Bonn will return to Bochum for remeasuring (preamp-gain estimation by comparison)
