Parts with 2 values for the total dose where irradiated 19 hours at a distance of 20 cm (215 Gy/h, 4 parts) and 40 cm (54 Gy/h, 8 parts), respectively. The given "died at" values are the minimum dose these parts withstood! In particular the maximum dose which the humidity sensors HIH-4000 withstand seems to have a large spread! In out measurement some sensors withstood a total dose of 1.6 kGy or even more, but most of these sensors died at a dose of 550 to 700 Gy
