Irradiation Tests of Electronic Components

The irradiation tests were carried out at Gießen Irradiation Facility, where the ICs were irradiated with a Co60-source, which emits two photons with an energy of 1.17 and 1.33 MeV by its decay. The source has an activity of 1013Bq, thus a rate of about 210 215 Gy/h at a distance of 20 cm and 52 54 Gy/h at a distance of 40 cm, respectively, can be achieved. The table below shows the results of the irradiation tests:
